Known Issue

THEbenefitsHUB is currently undergoing some unexpected maintenance.  It has been discovered that, since the last release, users have experienced slowness in THEbenefitsHUB for short periods of time before speed returns to normal. These periods typically last for about 30 seconds or less.

We are working hard to resolve the issue and restore full services as quickly as possible.

Unexpected Maintenance

THEbenefitsHUB will be undergoing some unexpected maintenance.

We will be undergoing an update at 12:30 PM (CST) that will cause users to log out when the update is run. Users should be able to log back in shortly after.

UPDATE: We are also aware of an issue with the FTP link not working for some users. We should be pushing another fix for this and the Employee Walkthrough issue momentarily.

Scheduled System Maintenance

We will be performing some scheduled maintenance to THEbenefitsHUB starting 6:00 PM CDT on April 13th, 2017.  This maintenance is expected to last until 6:00 AM CDT April 14th, 2017.

During this time, THEbenefitsHUB services and client websites will not be available.
