Intermittent Slow Response Times

Currently THEbenefitsHUB is up and running but is experiencing intermittent slow response times. We are aware of the issue and are working hard to restore full services as quickly as possible.

The enrollment season is at a fever pitch!  We planned for a very large number of logins today, but are currently experiencing twice that number. To provide the best enrollment experience for everyone, we need to make adjustments to the system right away. These adjustments include limiting the number of simultaneous logins.

These adjustments are scheduled for today at 12:15 PM, which requires us to restart services. The system will be back online on or before 12:25 PM.

We anticipate this will have significant improvement on overall enrollment experience.
